On to the Next Step

First.. make sure your keg fridge is freshly stocked to attract many helpers. The keg in my fridge was getting somewhat stale so I could only attract the most desperate of souls, my buddy Paul. Don't have a keg fridge ? You should... Go here.

Pick the board you wish to be the playing surface and lay it across a couple of sawhorses. I used 2 small folding tables instead of sawhorses. At one end measure 24" in from the left, from the right, and up the center. Make a dot where all three points meet. (Measure twice, cut once). Drive a small nail at this point, not all the way through, just enough to hold in the nail. Now, we need to attach a 24" piece of something from this nail to a pencil to draw an arc. Some people use a string exactly 24" long and pull as they draw from one side of the board to the other.  I used a spare piece of pegboard and it worked incredibly well. Peg board has a whole every inch so I just cut a narrow piece with 24 holes. I dropped the first hole over the nail, and in the 24th hole I stuck a pencil. From here I just swung the 'jig from one side of the board to the other until I had a perfect arc. Do the same thing to the other side as well.

Then Cut along the lines using your jig saw. Here's Paul earning his stale beer.
